We provide a return window of 3-4 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags intact. If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving it.

Refund Process

Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 2-4 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was incorrectly shipped.
If you receive a defecƟve or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement
